POLICIES:
Minimum Stay Policy: Three Iguanas Villa Rental requires a minimum 3 night stay.
Deposit Policy: 50% payment is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
Remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Full reimbursement for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, minus 15% of the total booking fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will be reimbursed if the villa is rented, minus the 15% fee.
Cancellation due to Hurricane - For the "3 days in 20 years (historical average)" that Placencia is hit by a Hurricane, Three Iguanas Villa will reimburse the full Rental Fee, including the 15% booking fee.
Peak/Holidays: Whole Villa rentals only; discount rate for weekly applies.
