The mural on the west turret and many species of tropical trees and plants in the garden welcome you to the Villa. Inside - the customized bathrooms, expansive decks and lounge chairs, marvellous mattresses and kitchens invite you to relax in comfort.

To top it off – the only roof-top plunge pool and terrace in Belize. 

Three Iguanas Villa is unique - and loaded with special features that exude casual luxury - a few steps from the waters edge.

Three Iguanas Villa has six showers, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and five terraces/patios spread across three very distinct units on separate floors, plus two swim areas, one dock and one palapa - but no partridge in a pear tree (lemon, lime, grapefruit, mango, star-fruit, sour-sop, crebu and various palms - but no pear tree).

The SkyTop Suite (3rd floor) has a funky, upscale bedroom with en-suite and kitchenette, private entry and easy access to the roof-top terrace and  plunge pool.

The Iguana Grande Suite (2nd floor) is a 2000 sq ft. full-service suite with: two master bedrooms, each with en-suite and private balcony; fully supplied kitchen with gorgeous exotic tropical hardwood cabinetry and eating bar; an open-space Great Room (kitchen/bar/living/dining/reading nook) with cathedral ceilings; and a large south terrace.

The Garden Suite (1st floor) has two bedrooms, one with kitchenette, with shared, adjoining private bathroom. Both bedrooms have two twin beds convertible to a king with posture mattress. Guests really enjoy the large, covered, cool and breezy, furnished patio.

The suites have AC, ceiling and area fans, cable TV, WIFI internet access, (3rd floor - AC is new in 2010, no TV), on-site parking, combination safes and laundry facilities (utilized by staff). All suites have access to the roof-top terrace and  plunge pool, dock, palapa, bicycles, hand-carved local dories/dugout canoes and water toys.

Three Iguanas can be rented as a Whole Villa; as three separate Units – Garden (First Floor), Iguana Grande (Second Floor) or SkyTop (Third Floor); or  with the Second and Third floors interconnecting to make one unit.

The Villa easily accommodates ten to twelve people and can be rented by three different parties or by larger groups.  It works well for couples, a family or extended families. It's a spacious Villa - we had a cocktail party for 50 people and didn't challenge the capacity - yet the many private balconies and spaces give it lots of intimacy.

Additional air mattresses can be supplied for larger groups.
